Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 5740)

In 2018, Patek Philippe released the first Nautilus with a perpetual calendar complication. The reference 5740G is a solid white gold, 40mm Nautilus with a dial that displays the month, day, date, leap year, moon phase, and 24-hour cycle. Even with the perpetual calendar complications, the watch is still very thin, measuring only 8.42 mm thick, which is slightly taller than the time-and-date reference 5711, at 8.33 mm. The watch retains the classic Nautilus case design and blue dial with a horizontal-stamped pattern, along with the additional perpetual calendar functions.

The Patek Phillippe Perpetual Calendar Nautilus (reference 5740G) retails for $156,000.
