BMX professional Nigel Sylvester has collaborated with Jordan Brand multiple times over the years, with his most notable project being the release of his Air Jordan 1 High OG in 2018. Now, Sylvester is putting his spin on the iconic Air Jordan 4 with the upcoming “Brick By Brick” project, bringing his signature “BIKE AIR” branding to Jordan Brand.
The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick” features a bright orange-red colorway inspired by the bricks commonly seen throughout his native New York City. The sneaker reflects Sylvester’s mantra, “Brick by Brick,” symbolizing steady progress, perseverance, and determination, which have defined his journey as a BMX professional.
The entire shoe is covered in bright orange-red nubuck with a brick texture on the toe guard, a white embroidered mini Swoosh on the forefoot, and reflective 3M material behind the plastic cages inspired by safety apparel for cyclists. The heel tab features “BIKE AIR” branding, replacing the iconic “NIKE AIR” logo, adding his personal touch to the iconic silhouette.
The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick” will release at Jordan Brand retailers on March 14, 2025 for a retail price of $225.
