Novak Djokovic Wins 100th Career Singles Title at Geneva Open

Novak Djokovic won the 100th singles title of his career by defeating Hubert Hurkacz 5–7, 7–6(2), 7–6(2) in the final of the Geneva Open in Switzerland. The milestone victory comes nearly 19 years after Djokovic won his first ATP title in July 2006.

Djokovic entered the Geneva final having lost his two previous title matches since winning his 99th at the 2024 Paris Olympics at Roland Garros, where he also won a historic Olympic gold medal. That win made him the first man in tennis history to complete the full set of major tennis titles — all four Grand Slams, all nine ATP Masters 1000 events, the ATP Finals, and Olympic gold.

With his latest title win, Djokovic becomes just the third man in the Open Era to win 100 ATP tournaments, joining Jimmy Connors (109 titles) and Roger Federer (103). He is also the first man in Open Era history to win a singles title in 20 different seasons.

Currently holding the all-time record for men’s Grand Slam titles with 24, Djokovic now turns his focus to Paris next week. The three-time French Open champion will begin his Roland Garros campaign on Monday, facing American Mackenzie McDonald in the first round as he looks to win his 25th major singles title.
