September 2, 2024

The Nautilus is one of the most iconic sport watches ever created, and has been extremely sought after in recent years with Patek discontinuing the model a few years ago in 2021. The Nautilus was introduced in 1976, and it became highly sought after when the reference 5711 came out in 2006 to mark the 30th anniversary of the Nautilus.

The 5711 ended up being produced from 2006 until 2021 with references in materials such as steel, gold, platinum, and gem-set with rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and diamonds. The 5711 retailed anywhere between $30,000 to $35,000, and with the model being discontinued, prices on the secondary market will typically start in the $100,000 range.
